SubLedger’s free tier is permanently free — no trials, no feature cliffs, no pressure to upgrade. If you find SubLedger useful and want to support its continued development, you can make a voluntary contribution from the pricing page.

How it works

The contribution option appears at the bottom of the Free plan card on the pricing page, under Support our mission. You choose:
  • Monthly — an ongoing monthly contribution that you can cancel at any time.
  • One-time — a single contribution with no recurring charges.
Set any whole-dollar amount you’d like — the minimum is 1andtheamountstartsat1 and the amount starts at 10. SubLedger processes contributions securely through Stripe, the same payment provider used for all paid plans.

How to contribute

Go to the pricing page

Sign in at app.mysubledger.com and click Pricing in the top navigation, or visit the pricing page directly.

Find Support our mission

Look at the bottom of the Free plan card, below the Get started free button, for the Support our mission section.

Choose your frequency and amount

Select Monthly or One-time, then set the dollar amount using the − and + buttons or by typing it in.

Complete checkout

Click Pay what you can to proceed to Stripe checkout. Enter your payment details and confirm.
Contributing does not change your plan or unlock additional features. It’s a way to support SubLedger while continuing to use the free tier.

Managing your contribution

If you set up a monthly contribution and want to cancel or adjust it, you can manage it through the Stripe customer portal. Contact help@mysubledger.com if you need help.
