Your subscription list
Every subscription you’ve added appears in the main list. Each entry shows the service name, cost and billing cycle, renewal date, and — if you’ve recorded shared costs or a reimbursement — Your cost, the effective amount after offsets.Badges you might see
Subscriptions are shown without a badge when there’s nothing to flag. These badges appear when something needs your attention:- Renewing Soon — the renewal date is within 7 days. Use it as your prompt to review the subscription before you’re charged.
- Review needed — the entry came from a forwarded receipt and hasn’t been checked yet. Open it to confirm the details, or click Mark as reviewed.
- Locked — over plan limit — your account is over its plan’s subscription limit and this entry can’t be edited. See upgrading and downgrading.
- Category — the category you assigned, if any.
Spend totals
At the top of the dashboard you’ll find your Monthly Spend total and Yearly Estimate. These update automatically as you add, edit, cancel, or delete subscriptions — no manual recalculation needed. Below them, a spending breakdown groups your subscriptions by billing cycle so you can see how much of your spend sits in each cadence.Every subscription is converted to a monthly equivalent regardless of its billing cycle, then the monthly total is multiplied by 12 for the yearly estimate.
