The SubLedger dashboard gives you a live, organized view of every subscription you’re tracking. As soon as you sign in, you can see what you’re paying, what’s coming up for renewal, and how much you’re spending in total — without hunting through email receipts or bank statements.

Your subscription list

Every subscription you’ve added appears in the main list on the dashboard. Each entry shows the service name, billing amount, and billing cycle so you can scan your commitments at a glance.

Status indicators

Each subscription displays a status badge that tells you where it stands:
  • Active — the subscription is current and not due to renew soon.
  • Renewing soon — the renewal date is approaching. SubLedger surfaces this so you can decide whether to keep, cancel, or adjust the subscription before you’re charged.
Use the “Renewing soon” status as your prompt to review a subscription before the charge hits. If you no longer need a service, canceling before renewal avoids an unwanted charge.

Spend totals

At the top of the dashboard you’ll find your monthly spend total and yearly estimate. These numbers update automatically as you add, edit, or remove subscriptions — no manual recalculation needed.
The yearly estimate is calculated from your current monthly total. If a subscription bills annually, SubLedger accounts for that billing cycle in both figures.
