How reminders work
Renewal reminders are a single account-wide setting. Once you switch them on, SubLedger emails you about every active subscription that has a renewal date coming up, using the lead time you chose. There’s nothing to configure per subscription.Reminders are sent to the email address associated with your SubLedger account. Make sure your email is current in your profile.

3
Switch on email reminders
Toggle Email reminders on. Your change saves immediately — there’s no separate save button.
4
Choose your lead time
Once reminders are on, a Remind me dropdown appears. Choose how far ahead you want to be notified: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days before the renewal date. The default is 7 days.
What the reminder email contains
Each reminder email includes:- The subscription name
- The renewal amount and billing cycle
- The renewal date
Changing or turning off reminders
Your lead time and the on/off switch both live in the same Renewal Reminders card on your profile. Changes apply to all future reminders across every subscription. The lead time is account-wide — it applies to all of your subscriptions at once. SubLedger doesn’t currently support a different reminder setting for individual subscriptions, or switching reminders off for one subscription while leaving them on for the rest.
