SubLedger is owned and operated by Michele A Barard LLC (“MABLLC”), a Georgia limited liability company. All references to “SubLedger,” “we,” or “us” in these terms refer to MABLLC.

You may use SubLedger to track your own personal or business subscriptions, manage renewal reminders, and view spend summaries — in accordance with the plan you have selected. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure.

You may not use SubLedger to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user’s account
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the SubLedger platform or its underlying code
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair SubLedger’s infrastructure
Ownership and intellectual property
All content on the SubLedger website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to MABLLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SubLedger’s content without express written permission. You retain ownership of the data you enter into SubLedger (such as your subscription names, amounts, and dates). By using the service, you grant MABLLC a limited license to store and process that data in order to operate the service on your behalf.DMCA notices and intellectual property concerns should be directed to help@mysubledger.com.
Limitation of liability

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to SubLedger or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.Arbitration proceedings will be conducted under Georgia law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Exceptions to arbitration
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights, without waiving the right to arbitrate other disputes.
