Switching to the free plan

Keep in mind that the free tier supports up to 10 subscriptions, and features like employer reimbursement tracking, family assignment, bookkeeper access, and downloadable reports will no longer be available after the switch.Switching between monthly and annual billing
You can switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) from the same Plans & Billing settings page without changing your plan tier.- Monthly to annual: The annual rate applies at your next renewal date. You’ll receive a prorated credit if you switch mid-cycle.
- Annual to monthly: The change takes effect when your current annual period ends.
